Abuse Reporting Policy

Dispatch investigates reports of spam, phishing, fraud, and other service abuse.

1. How to Report Abuse

  • Email: [email protected]

2. Include This Information

  • Full email headers or provider message ID when available.
  • Timestamp and timezone.
  • Sender and recipient addresses or phone numbers.
  • Description and supporting evidence (logs/screenshots/URLs).

3. Response Process

  • We aim to acknowledge abuse reports within 24-72 hours.
  • We may request additional evidence to complete investigation.
  • We review account activity and abuse indicators before action.

4. Enforcement Actions

Depending on severity and evidence, we may issue warnings, impose sending limits, suspend or terminate accounts, and report incidents to relevant providers or authorities.
